Alumni Event campaign

Campaign design for a Ropes & Gray Alumni event including both print and electronic media

The Alumni group within the firm was looking to develop branding around an upcoming event for print and electronic materials. The phrase 'Get Roped in' was developed for materials and a vector logo created. There were several comps (visual directions) sent for review for the [folded, three panel] print invitation. (Below) please see a couple of the options submitted, the top one was chosen and then refined... 
The electronic Save the Date is the first piece from the campaign that the audience interacts with...the visual design had been established after several rounds of approvals for the print invitation.
