The creative team developed and presented three campaigns for the visual direction of the 5th Annual Life Sciences Executive Cocktail Reception event (2013). The campaign includes electronic and print media, with numerous touch-points (Save-the-date, invite, confirmation, etc) with the invitees.
Below is the two page PDF that was presented (and eventually chosen) for the event. This direction using the iconography of the San Francisco location of the actual event, combined with a high-energy version of 'tech' (background imagery) was received exceptionally well throughout the event. A color pallette was developed that had energy and contrast (purple and gold). This campaign was used the following year with minimal tweaks to the design.

Printed pocket invite, above. The printed invite used similar visuals but also allowed the use of Ropes & Gray house fonts (Gill sans), without the html limitations of Tikit delivery.
